Default No sugar added tomatoes, paste, sauce, etc.

I have a question. The cans of just regular tomato products list nothing in the ingredients that is added sugar. Are these ok to use once on OWL? I have not seen a single can of No Sugar Added tomato products at my grocery stores. Thanks

I believe the brand they recommend to use is Huntz. Did you check out the organic section of your grocery store? they might carry a no sugar brand.

Thannks so much for your response. I found some that was 3 carbs/ serving, I think 2tbsp is a serving, but I figure, even if I only use a tbsp, it will make a chicken parm taste great since we can't have pasta.
