MY WORKOUT STUFF GOALS:
* to do ATLEAST 60 mins of eliptical, 30 mins bike, (then 30 mins eliptical again if i can) per day. (plus 200 crunches)
*on tues and thurs weight lift along with cardio above
*eat veggies and fruits for 2 of my 3 meals. the 3rd one still be healthy!
*drink about 5+ glasses of water / day (i love H20)
*have sundays be my day off (but still do some form of cardio for 30 mins)
EXTRA:
*have a good sleep patern and wake up on time for work!!!
*make sure to have time in the day to study EMT and learn guitar
*talk to friends b/c i havent been to social since ive decided to lose weight (around here there is nothing to do so we go out to eat type of thing all the time)
*keep a smile on my face!!!
