Hello one and all!
I joined today!
After several months of spiralling out of control type over eating I weighed myself today and was SO disgusted to see I weigh 13st 8 lbs, the most I have EVER weighed!
I took some photos of myself in underwear with my camera and I just look awful..! Like the people in you are what you eat, at the start... or Mr Blobby!
So I thought I better do something about it and here I am to start my "journey" to the land of beauty.
Anyway, just saying hello and welcoming myself to your happy forum!
Also, I'm pretty impressed with the dancing vegetables smilies!

Well, I am the same height as you and weigh loads more than you even after losing almost 2 stone , so no worries , you can do it!!! Good luck and keep us updated won't you?

Looking at ourselves in our knickers can often be depressing I find. Don't worry though I am sure you will do fantastically well.

Well, at least you were brave enough to take a photo of yourself - I'm not - and you can console yourself with the fact that it's only going to get smaller from now on in. This place is great - I'm sure you'll do well.

hi frenchie and welcome. welldone you on taking the 1st steps. im your height and 13 stone 4lbs however ive nearly lost 2 stone. i no how you feel though. i balooned upto 15 stone!
you must keep us posted on how you are doing. and join my 10lb challenge lol.
