No problem! What is your thesis on? I regret that I didn't do one when I was an undergrad.

Hello all. I know this is a little off topic, but I really needed to ask. Have you ever planned out your meals for the week, and then the next day you wake up and "just dont feel like" eating what was planned? then go ahead and eat something else, and everything topples from there?? That seems to be my problem. Any suggestions?

I don't plan for the entire week at a time. I plan each day the night before. I feel that way I can better plan on what I will feel like. If I need to make substitutes (because I don't feel like it or I just screw up in cooking) I try to substitute within the same calorie range that way I stay on track.
