Default Joining the group

Hi. I'm Lissa and I plan to join up with you all. I'm 25 and a stay at home mother. My husband and I have been married for 5 years now and our daughter is 3. We live in Michigan.

I signed up for the May Challenge. I think it is an awesome idea and can't wait to get started. I'm still trying to figure out what diet plan would do best for me. I thought about trying a low Glycemic Index diet but I don't see any information on here about it. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.

Welcome! If you decide to count calories thedailyplate.com is a great way to track what you eat and how many calories you're taking in. Don't forget to drink lots of water and exercise!

A fellow Michigander. Welcome. I am new too. I see you have a little girl. I have found that kids are great motivaters for exercising. I have an 8 year old and he loves exercising with me. Good luck too you and I look forward to hearing from you. Everyone here is great. They are very supportive.

Welcome. my plan is eat what i want but in moderation ( the key word is moderation though and i don't always do that.) and excersize usually taking my 3 year old for a walk or bikeride when the weather allows as you are formiluar with weather in this part fo the country. any way good luck with what ever plan you choose.
