Hey Red Team!!!
Are you all interested in some mini challenges for our team to work on and help us to kick butt at the weigh ins???
Here are some suggestions:
Exercise Challenges
1. "x" minutes of exercise a week
2. "x" sit-ups a day (like 50)
3. push-ups
4. mileage challenge (post mileage or convert minutes to miles) - we could go anywhere in the world!
Eating/Nutrition Challenge
1. Water!! 64 oz. a day
2. Fruits and veggies (5 per day)
3. Staying on program (this would vary from person to person)
At any rate, we could do any of these, or alternate them. We would start different threads for these challenges and everyone who wants to participate would check in those threads.
Anyone interested? Do you have other suggestions?
