I have been lurking on and off for a few months but had stopped posting because I was not losing. I have stayed about the same. I have suffered from a back injury in Dec. and very recently started to feel better. I am happy to say the past week has been the best I have felt since the end of Dec. I have been having prolotherapy and it has helped me (not for everyone). I went over the edge for weight loss about a week ago when I was in Cambodia and was like a side show for some of locals because of my size. At one point a tourist for Vietnam came up and poked and asked my Cambodian guide how much I weighed. He told the man he did not know but then proceeded to tell me he guessed about 300 pounds. I was pretty mortified by the experience.....not because he said 300 but because I would be subjected to a situation like that.
It really bothered me but I knew I had already planned to get myself together with diet and exercise when I returned home.
Going on the vacation and relaxing about food made me gain a little more weight and I tipped the scales at 259 when I got on it the day after I got home.
I have decided to be strict with eating and to at least walk at the gym until my back is 100%.
