Default Spring Saturday Menu, April 21, 2007

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

Lunch: 2 slices FF Borden's american cheese slices on 2 slices of whole grain multi-grain bread (3 points)

Snack: FF Core Dip and raw veggies

Dinner: Core pasta salad, Core sweet and sour coleslaw with my healthy oil, baked chicked with the skin removed

Dessert: WW Chocolate Eclair cake (6 points)

day 1--"core you"

b--1 cup cheerios, 1/2 c ff milk, splenda, 1/2 peach

l--ww enchilada tv dinner (is this "you" enough, patti. i bought a bunch of ww tv dinners and need to use them. i'll start making their recipes when i get back to the store and get the ingredients.), tossed salad, ff raspberry dressing

s--apple

s--cheerios, raisins, almonds

d--meal size you salad with tuna instead of salmon

s--1/2 cup sorbet
okay, i need to go find some of patti's menus and see how i'm doing.

i'm a cheerios kid, too, vickie. (i got 10 boxes for $10 at albertson's.)

love cheerios,,,,with bananas and skim milk

Sandra make sure the dinners you have are no more then 5 gms of fat per serving...and no high fructose corn syrup. Watch out for the added oils as well...go for the good oils, like olive or canola.
I was going to just post my menus on the other thread but since your interested Sandra,,Ill keep doing them here too.

thanks, patti. will do. i did see that my ff raspberry dressing is high in fructose. i have a hard time throwing food out. did you? i have 19 ww tv dinners. i'm going to finish them before i go true "you." i know this may be a mistake, but i just can't toss them.

i'll go check out your menus. thanks for the head's up.
