BF - cheerios, banana
Lunch - tuscan chicken, yougurt
snack - apple or crustless pumpkin pie
dinner - turkey breast, mashed potatoes, veggie
snack - frozen fruit.

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

Lunch: Oatmeal made with skim, banana cooked in, walnuts (points)

Dinner: ? Mixed field green salad with balsamic vinagrette, not sure about entree until I get there

Snack: Maybe a smoothie made with skim and fruit

This is my first try at Core. Here's what I've had so far today.

Breakfast - Fiber One and skim milk

Lunch - core foods soup, turkey breast, ff cheese, sf jello

Snack - grapes

The trouble is, I feel like I'm still hungry even after eating all of that. Will that feeling go away? I've also had plenty of water to drink, and I am now drinking a Diet Pepsi.

That's not so much food. Don't forget to get in your second milk and the healthy oil. That and protein will help fill your belly.
