Default Shazzie's Raw Food Site - chocolate!

I've been enjoying this site:

http://www.shazzie.com/

Check out the raw chockie!

Shazzie's blog is interesting too and one side effect of a raw/high raw diet, seems to be weight loss!

You can find organic raw cocoa nibs at Whole foods. I usually add them to my smoothies. I'm not a raw vegan but I believe that raw/spouted foods and superfoods should be a big part of everybody's diet for good health.

I was a raw foodie until I started with Slimming World. I have in my cupboard all sorts of weird and wonderful foods and supplements from Shazzie's site and also went on a 2 day raw food experience with Karen Knowler.

Love the stuff, but had to give up the nuts and seeds for a while. Still about 85% raw though and swear by it for making you feel amazing!

wow, 85% raw is amazing. I can't do totally raw, but eventually (like when dd#2 is a bit older and I have more time ) I'd really like to get into sprouting etc, maybe also growing wheatgrass. I LOVE wheatgrass juice! I'm hoping to find a juice bar soon so I can get a shot most days
