I was wondering, about this. Deb e-mailed me her cookbook (which is amazing by the way). I cannot wait to cook some of those recipes. I'm acutally trying the Chicken Roll ups and the Cherry Cheese Ball this week.
Anyway, I have not actually started doing the LA diet yet (many reasons which I will go into hopefully this evening when I post my introduction), but I was wondering about the condiments listed on some of the recipes. In the program I have I cannot find anything about how many condiments you get. Some of the recipes say like 1 condiment. How many condiments do you get on the Purple plan with lites?

I started the gold plan and I can have three condiments. I think the purple plan is three also but not definitely positive.

I've seen three in all of my books.. I'll have a tsp of honey in a tea, then maybe use 1 tsp of mustard at lunch and 1 tbsp ff salad dressing for dinner.
Your artificial sweeteners for tea/coffee don't count in those so you can have that in addition

Yea I think it is three condiments for all plans, as far as I know.

Other than that how are things going, are you finding the program easy to follow, or do you have any other questions?
