Suggestions Welcome-Food
Ok...I'm trying to figure out a eating schedule that I will stay on. Right now, I eat breakfast at 9 am, a snack at 11 am and lunch at 1 pm. Then I have a snack at 3 and eat dinner at 5. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I tend to get the munchies after eating dinner. So, should I move my afternoon snack to 7 instead of 3? Or any other suggestions?
