As I was first on this morning thought I would start this.
I did well yesterday stuck to my ww points again and also did a bit of exercise.
I have also agreed to go with a friend to the gym every Monday and Wednesday to try and boost my weight loss.
It was my weigh in last night and I lost 1.5lb bringing my total to 10.5lb which I am happy with and hope that I can lose a steady 1.5/2lb each week until I reach my target.
G'morning, Fee - thanks for starting the thread and well done on that one and a half pounds.
I did okay yesterday - probably didn't drink as much water as I ought to but I ate loads of veg, salads and fruit which probably explains why I didn't feel that I needed it.
Its very strange ignoring the scales...
I did my extra 30 minutes of exercise yesterday plus, of course, my hour and 45 minutes doggy hike.
I did better yesterday. I did my 40 minutes on the elliptical and ate sensibly. I still had 2 vodkas and diet coke, but I budgetted for it in my food intake and didn't binge afterwards, so a much more sensible day
