Default curves gym

morning ladies...just wondering if anyone uses the ladies only curves gym???i pay £29 a month for this circuit type gym....not realy seeing any results but i do enjoy going....however ive discovered that with my works discount i can get my local authority gym.plus swimming.plus all exercise classes for £20 a month...im now wondering if i should switch....anyone had any good results with curves alone

Hey Anne,

I don't use curves but I know some that do - they have seen great results for weightloss but say its not so great for overall fitness and you'd be better off at a regular gym. £20 for all that sounds like a bargain and I'm a firm believer that at the end of the day its calories in V's calories out so continue with whichever is closest/better value/you would use most often...based on your own priorities.

thanks finn...ive looked out my contract and it turns out im stuck with curves till june thatl be ok tho..im not terribly fit anyway...so maybe il build up some stamina and be better able to cope with the other gym by then
