Above all - do not panic. If you stuck to your plan it's a freak reading and means nothing. If you didn't (like me ) then it'll fall off with a good week anyway. When I went to Italy in February I put on nearly 5lbs in the week. It come off in 8 days of being back on plan so your little gain is neither permanent nor fatal
