Lightbulb Core On The Go

I know we've gone over this 1000 times, but I need a refresher course! What are your favorite snacks, portable lunches, tips, tricks, etc? Please share all of your ideas!! :

Well, off the top of my head.....

Salads with lots of veggies and salad dressing ont he side
Baby carrots/celery sticks/FF Marzetti dill dip
Hard boiled eggs
Lemon blueberry cornmeal muffins (recipe in our file)
Apple muffins (recipe in our file)
Best lunches are leftovers from dinner
Soup in can for portability - I prefer fresh made and then frozen
Popcorn - even leftover

apples with fat free cheese-my favourite snack right now only with low fat cheese
caesar salad with chicken
greek salad with shrimp
spicy bok choy recipe above in main recipe thread
hummus with carrots, cucumber slices
oatmeal
fruit salad with ff yogurt on top (I sprinkle nuts on top for crunch)
brown rice pudding
sushi
cold chicken

Great ideas!! I know that you all have more, so add them!! We can all benefit from new ideas for how to stay on-plan!!

ff cottage cheese with cucumbers and tomatos
leftovers, of course
ff cheese with some mustard and maybe some low-point crackers
popcorn mini-bags
sf jello cups
ff pudding

Make a good filling soup (bean, some type of thick stew, etc.), freeze it in small reusable containers and take a single container to work. You could have some crackers with it and count the points.

Plain ff yogurt with fresh fruit mixed in.

The Core muffin recipes from the recipe thread have all been great (especially the cornmeal-pumpkin muffins).
