Where's our weekly end of week weigh in for our challenge? Is it week 11??
Just remembered to jump on the scales... down half a pound which I'll take, but this challenge has not been a good one for me.... how is everyone else doing?
Up 3.75lbs due to a mega-binge last week (11,000 calories over 4 days!) Although actually I officially weigh-in on Mondays and have lost it already this week plus some more so am not too bothered...!
JUST WEIGHED MYSELF - 95.5KG - i THINK IT IS THE SAME AS LAST WEEK BUT i CANNOT FIND MY DIET DIARY SO i DUNNO - IF SO THAT IS WIERD COS i HAVE BEEN COMFORT EATING FOR eNGLAND oops sorry about capitals - where did they come from?
Mind you I seem to be fitting my trousers a bit better so who knows.
hi all, im down about 2 and a half pounds, down to 180.8 lbs. thats 3 stone of blubber gone . and 20% of my starting body weight. only another 4 + stone to go mad
ps is anyone having an easter egg this year? im tempted, but dont want to start something i cant stop. might have a mini egg instead
I have a feeling this challenge is too long. No one knows what week it is. I've lost one a half but I was still more than my profile weight before I changed it.
Up 1.6. I'm like Serena and officially weigh in on Monday and am down again on that weight already. I won't be officially down till it says so on Monday.
I think I'm going to set myself a perosnal mini April challenge rather than a May bank holiday one. I don't seem to be able to concentrate on anything beyond my next meal at the moment so the end of May is way too far off.
I'm down 1.8lb this week, slow but steady now. Which is probably a minor miracle because my blood tests this week showed I probably have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Not going to get into my size 12 dress for graduation, but at least I'm on the right track. This is the first time in about 2 years that I've stuck at it this long.
