Default Another newbie saying Hi!
Hi all,

I have been lurking here for a few weeks...but forgot to introduce myself!

I am 30 and looking to lose all the weight I gained after a decade overeating while living a student lifestyle (I'm a perpetual student). I did plan to lose my weight before hitting 30...but alas good intentions failed!

This is great site ...excellent advice and so much inspiration!
