New to Core
Hello y'all,
I'm a newbie getting everything into order. I selected Core because I was very successful at South Beach Diet for a few years (lost 40 pounds), then became less satisfied with the strictness it required. I've gained back about 10 pounds over the last year, which isn't too bad, but means I have a total of 30 pounds to lose.
I like the 35 flex point option of WW, so I'm going with it. So, here I am getting my grocery list together and browsing the recipe section.
