D - hmmm...buffet style. Don't know what's going to be other than lasagna (YUM). That's kinda my favorite food ever, so this will be my test of self control in keeping to one piece. :P Anything veggie will be on my plate and probably lots.
B - oatmeal, eggs
S - Yogurt, 1/2 scoop whey, apple
L - Chicken, sweet potato, salad, apple
S - 2 rice cakes, 1tbsp PB
D - 4 oz steak, veggies, 1/4 avocado
B. I think I want to go to starbucks this morning... so I think breakfast will just be a banana
S- a drink from starbucks and I have some dried fruit and peanuts packed
L- tuna with dressing and crackers; edamane
S- weight watchers muffin bar
D- chicken, veggies and stuffing (I think)
W- 4L
E- I deicded to stay in bed this morning, haha
B* kashi honey almond flax, coffee
L* turkey wrap with tomato, avocado and sprouts
D* sushi night!
Snacks* fruit (I brought an apple, orange and grapes - we'll see what I feel like)
Exercise* 1 hr with my trainer, he kicks my butt
