Hey, my parents sent this to me in a forward--it's a chart listing common fruits and vegetables and what they actually do to help your health. Really interesting and informative. I haven't scrutinized it for accuracy, so please don't blame me if you find an error.
But I think it might be useful when we're trying to figure out what might be better for us to eat...or why we should eat an apple instead of a SF Jell-o or candy.
