Compliment - 10 lbs lighter
Well today at work I was walking down the hall on my way to the bathroom (to change into my workout clothes) down stairs and passed by one of the
ladies I see a few times a week in passing. There's about a few hundred of us up here, so I don't know everyone. As we passed each other she made a comment about the bathroom upstairs (where we work) if the remolding was ever going to get finished, I laughed with her and then she said something that made me smile. She said "Have you lost weight?" I said "yes", then she said "it shows!". That compliment made my day! So I decided to check my weight at the gym, I originally wasn't going to because it's that time of month, I usually feel pretty heavy and carry water weight. To my surprise and delight I was 2 lbs lighter! I don't think I've ever had this much energy during TOM, and I feel pretty darn good. I am so happy that I decided it was time to get healthy and found 3FC, it's been wonderful to read all the information and see all the encouragement you give each other. My mini goal right now is to be under 200 by my wedding day, May 17, 2007. I think I might just make it.
