I have to keep telling myself to take this day by day. Yesterday I did okay, but I must admit that I feel anxiety in the morning because I have to make the right choices all over again.

just take it one day at a time and be patient!!!!!!! weight doesn't come off overnight and habits don't change overnight. slow and steady. accept small success....set mini goals such at every 10 lbs etc and reward yourself (without food rewards) for all mini goals met!!!!! good luck and relax!
