Default Exercise And Body Changes

Hi

I've only been walking to work for a week and although I've not noticed any specific weight loss yet, I am noticing my thighs feel different, like I'm more aware of them. I know that maybe sounds silly but my jeans feel looser at the top of my legs too.

Is that normal when I've not lost any weight as such yet?

Fi

Yes, indeed! You have very quickly discovered the magic of exercise. You don't have to be fancy. You don't have to use a fancy routine. All you have to do is move more ... like walking! Good work!

Definitely your body will change, the more you exercise the more it will change and that is a very good thing!

I feel as if my thighs have loosened up, they feel easier to move, less heavy in fact. I'm enjoying the walking, though of course am more tired but it's worth it, just want to start seeing a weight loss soon too.
