Hi,
Does anyone know how many points there would be for regular kool-aid w/sugar addeds? I don't know how much to count for a serving.

Calorie King as the 'sugared' prepared but was it that one or was the unsweetened pack and someone made and added sugar it would depend on how much sugar (I am not sure on the normal) the added or if they used Nutrasweet or Splenda to sweeten it

However CalorieKing has the information on most KoolAids.

I'm not sure, but if you use a cup of sugar to make 2 quarts (8 cups of kool-aid) that would be 2 tablespoons of sugar per serving or about 100 calories.

Since Koolaid has not fiber or fat, that would make it about 2 points, if I remember correctly, but I can't find my "Point Finder," so I can't guarantee that (Has your leader shown you how to use the Point Finder?)
