I'm not on atkins, I have been doing WW for the past 9 months and lost 50lbs so far. Anyways, my weight loss has slowed down a lot and pretty much stopped since last November. I just signed up for personal training at the gym, and my trainer has reccommended I go on a Low GI diet. So that is pretty much what I'm doing. Anyone else here doing something similar??

I'm not sure what "GI" means...but welcome! If you're looking for a place that gives support and encouragement....then you're in the right place

Im not sure if anyone here is doing a lower gi diet specifically here, but like Brenda said, if you are looking for support and encouragement, you've come to the right place.

Welcom! and congrats on the 50lb loss. I am currently on atkins, but I know the low GI diets work. I tried this a few years ago and had great result from it.

According to the Atkins website it is a low glycemic diet.
