HELP, I joined Push and receeived my cd today. I previewed it and discovered that even though it is the lowest level of exercise I do think I can do many of the strength training exercises and the cardio session is longer than I have the stamina for. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way to fix it?
I would email them and see what they recommend. I'm doing month 3 right now and I remember being really sore in month 1, but I don't get sore anymore. Maybe their program just won't work for you right now??????????
