i cant believe this i got my fat butt off my bed and rode my bike for two hours. seriously. and . . . . . . i didnt die! with two 2 gallon jugs of milk , a block of cheese , 5 yogurts,and ham in my backpack. im so surprised i didnt just croak over. and im proud of myself . i just hope i keep it up. thanks for all the motivation and support ladies it took me a while but i did move!!!!!!
