Lightbulb An Idea

I've been Struggling with Finding food to eat Mainly for dinner where I have to feed others. Namely The bottomless Pit known as DH
I was thinking it might be a good idea if we posted menus/recipes or Food that we really liked of things that were delicious and easy to tolerate
That being said everyone tolerates differently at different stages. I just find myself cruising the forums for something I can eat that doesn't resemble Cottage cheese. ( I eat a LOT of that)

The new thing I found that I like is fat free Greek Yogurt called Fage I think I'll edit when I look at the container That I got at Trader Joes the 2% I found in a regular super market
The FF has 80 calories and 17 grams of protien in a 5 oz serving the 2% has 50 more calories (and tastes Kinda sinful!)
I like it either with some Polaner all fruit or a Weetabix Biscuit (cereal thing I got at TJs)

what???!!!!! you mean - actual COOKING???? oh dear!

but seriously - i've had luck with things that are sort of stewed, especially at the beginning - things like pot roast, and chicken cacciatore. i'll give it a bit more thought.

my sister does a lot of crock-potting stuff.

If I was just feeding me it would be cottage cheese eggs and luncheon meat. However I've got the aforementioned bottomless pit who doesn't know how to cook except for spagetti so if i want him to eat healthy too well
I have a recipe off the food network for Jambalaya in the crock pot that I'm going to try
