Default Today I... "fill in the blank"

Okay so I want to give this a try.

Here's my idea for this thread. I want everyone to take the above phrase and finish it off... with a positive emotion they felt today.

For example...

Today I'm proud of coming on 3 fat chicks after dinner instead of eating.

or maybe it's something really small...

Today I'm glad I stopped binging after that second granola bar.

Or maybe it has nothing to do with food at all.

I'm hoping this thread can be a little bit of a positive area. A place where people can come and just say a phrase or two about something that was positive in their day. I know there are days when there doesn't seem to be anything positive that happened, but maybe you could even write something like: Today I'm glad I made it through the day...

I guess I'm hoping people will take the idea and go with it where they want. I figure it's a good idea to focus on the positive - it is after all a proven fact that focusing on the positive, saying yes instead of no, helps you acheive your goals.

Anyway, hope this works, if it doesn't it doesn't, but let's give it a try.

Today I had a great "happy day" because food is becoming less of a controlling factor in my day and the activites of my day are taking over again!!!

Today I am glad that I walked over 11000 steps because I ate more calories today than I can remember eating in a lonnnggg time. *sigh*

Today I... AM going to walk to campus because it's a beautiful, gorgeous, sunny day and being outside in the sunshine will make me feel emotionally and psychologically better.

Today i started my detox! Its all fruit, veggies, and yogurt for awhile!

And boy TODAY i felt the effects of detoxing

Today I had 3 normal sized meals and a snack. I led a productive meeting at work. And it's already evening and past my temptation time.

sweet talker thats so cool! GOOD LUCK!!

Umm Cats Tongue i'm just eating fruits, dannon light and fit yogurt, and veggies.

Your not supposed to have any soda but i've been having a can a day... i can feel a big difference and i'm just on day two. I feel much much lighter.

I would def. recommend a detox to anyone. I must admit that my workout was really hard today though!
