My weight stayed the same but I think I've finally smartened up and figured out why.
My daily maintenance calories are 1536. If I wanted to weigh 138 for the rest of my life, I would eat 1536. But I want to lose a few, except I can't go below 1200 calories, and that's only a deficit of 336 calories a day. If it takes a deficit of 3,500 calories to lose a pound, it'll take me
10.4 days to lose ONE STINKING POUND!
As you can see, I'm less than thrilled with this revelation.
