I need yall to help me. Ever since starting on WWers on Jan. 2nd, my "scale" says I have lost 15lbs. I do notice my pants are more comfortable and all but I'm obsessing over these pics. I took one when I first started and took some today.. Do yall see ANY difference at all?? Please be honest, I want the TRUTH so I stop driving myself crazy.. lol.

I'm going to be totally honest with you... while the pics are slightly different angles and such, the answer is YES. I can see it in your FACE. It looks slimmer, less puffy, and you seem to have noticeably less of a chin.

Many times we and even those who see is daily cannot tell the difference as we gradually lose but those who do not see us daily do see that difference.

Take measurements, then you will know for definite as time goes on.

i know what you mean about obsessing, what i try and do is concentrate on how much better i feel rather than how i look, that'll come gradually anyway. And like the others have said, you CAN see a difference, sounds like it's going great! keep it up

Yes, you can see the difference in your face. But the measuring idea is a good suggestion. I'm gonna try that myself.
