Holly! We're all pretty much in the same boat, that's why we're all here. Food is comfort, fun, interesting, exciting...and in many cases the enemy. What kinds of things will you be doing to get into a healthy new lifestyle? Lots count calories, some do specific diet plans, and most of us are doing the exercise challenge, where we dedicate ourselves to a certain amount of time or a certain distance with our exercise. I count calories right now, trying to learn to control portions and get more veggies in my life. For exercise I try to get some cardio in, sometimes calistenics is all I can do which is similar to cardio in some ways, and then I have a home gym for weight lifting and muscle toning.
