BREAKFAST - Poached egg w/ 1/2 english muffin, juice, coffee
SNACK - Watermelon
LUNCH - Sweet potato, caramelised onion Fritatta
SNACK - Veggie sticks w/ hummus
DINNER - Roast salmon w/broccoli, brown rice
DESSERT - Mango

EXERCISE - Walk 30 min

K, time to plan Thursday. There is NO WAY I'm going to work tomorrow, there's ice everywhere (it's treacherous!). So, planning for an at-home day is imperative, lest I do something dumb

B: 2 slices spelt toast w/blueberry preserves; 2 slices turkey bacon (5)
S: 1c grapes (1)
L: chicken and black bean soup (3), carrots and hummus (2), yogurt (1)
S: apricots and almonds (3)
D: Oven-fried chicken w/brocc and sweet potato (8)
S: 1 square dark chocolate

24/24! woot!

Yesterday went well espically I was home most of the day because my classes were cancelled (yeah for snow days while in college). We ended up making strawberry shortcakes but bought the individual sponge cakes (and I only had one eventhough a serving is two), fresh strawberrys, and just a squirt of light whip topping. Not to bad at all.

I only have my afternoon class today and I'm kindof hoping that it gets cancelled because I don't want ot have to walk in the snow.

B: SF Oatmeal
L: Kix, Skim Milk, Clemintain
D: Leftover chinese - Cashew chicken and rice.
S: If I'm hungry (chinese normally fills me up for the enitre night) I'll either bake a sweet potato or maybe make some popcorn.

WO: walking to school (if not cancelled) .6 miles
Water: 3 Liters
