I did a 1 hour Biggest Loser workout on Sunday and 30 minutes of Advanced Tae Bo yesterday. Today I will do a 1 hour Biggest Loser workout (I just LOVE these DVDs!!)
I walked 2 miles, uphill, both ways! Kidding I walked outside in the warmer weather before the rain started. 2 miles, uphill, then down. Jogged a bit both ways too.
Snow shoveling is a big calorie burner! Glad it's you and not me, though.
Monday: 40 min. elliptical, 35 weight lifting, 15 stretching
Tuesday: 45 min. elliptical, 15 min. stationary bike, 35 min. weight lifting, 20 min. stretching
Wednesday: nada
Thursday: 40 min. elliptical, 15 min. rowing, 35 min. weight lifting, 20 min. stretching
Friday: 1 hr. water aerobics, 35 min. weight lifting, 15 min. stretching
So, total for the day, I walked/jogged 2.2 miles, no idea on speed as I was outside, I should start timing myself. Just finished off a DVD "Yoga for the Rest of Us" which was 50 mins.
So - after being completely off-plan for 3 days - I managed to exercise today...
I did 45 minutes of my biggest loser two dvd, I did the warmup, functional flexability, strength bootcamp, mens cardio and the cool down. Which was great, really and after 3 days of doing nothing - can I tell you that I feel as if I had been run over by a tractor?!?!?
I did WATPs 2 mile video today. Then, I did a 10 minute ab workout - only mine was probably about 5 minutes, as I stared at the tv the other 5 minutes muttering to myself about the fact that those biatches are flexible!
2 days of shoveling for about 30-40 minutes each day.It finally caught up to me last night though and my back is sore.I was so excited after the first day...nothing ached or hurt,so I know I'm getting in better shape
