.... Congrats on your weight loss so far and it's great that you've gotten the whole family in on the exercise band wagon...
The area below your waist you are speaking of will eventually go down as you progress with your weight loss, although because it is you're weakest spot, so to speak, it will probably be the last to go. My weakest spots are my "back" butt and thighs areas.... I constantly have to work at keeping those areas down with running and heavy weight training PLUS super clean and low fat eating, no junk or processed foods.
Don't give up, you will conquer this weight loss battle
