Perhaps other people out there have this conundrum (sp) as well...
In my effort to not get bingey, I have noticed a slight, I don't want to say problem, but a confusion. I tend to have very long days, I start early and usually don't go to bed until 12 or 1. Now, here is the problem-if I eat my dinner at 5.30 or 6, like today, I am hungry again at 9, like today. But now that I am making a real effort to be mindful of my eating patterns, I don't know what to do
Do I eat a little something because I'm hungry-or do I just tough it out until morning?
Help! So confused...
