I LOVE Thai food.. first off avoid the noodles.. I order things like Basil Chicken, shrimp and veg dishes, plain steamed rice and avoid the fried rice, sauces with coconut milk. You will have lots of options just be wary of the fac there will be extra sauces, sodium etc.. main thing is enjoy your dinner.. you've saved exchanges and you don't have to cook!
