Red face Is it bad to go in a lower point bracket??

I am doing the WW online and I'm confused. Does anyone here prefer to use a lower points bracket than the one for their normal weight? I am doing the Wendie plan, but based on an 18 - 20 point minimum because the calories are in the right range for me that way. Otherwise, at the 22 point min that I am suppose they are way too high and I just gain more weight.

Well since W/W has changed the way daily points are calculated you should use Wendi Plan for one that are 22 points lowest.

If you consistently go under the 22 points a day you run the risk of slowing your metabolism down.

If you are truly having problems with 22 minimum points a day (and that means giving it at least 3-4 weeks of doing it because you have to allow your body to adjust) then I would adjust down to 21 minimum and try it for 3-4 weeks and then if that still causes a gain to 20 minimum.

many times you actually need higher than the minimum that W/W sets to show losses........
