Chocolate Banana-Rama
I got this recipe from a LaWeightloss newsletter I am subscribed to.
1/2c sugar-free, fat-free chocolate pudding prepared with skim milk
1/2 medium banana
2 Tbsp light whip cream
In a dessert glass spoon half of the pudding on the bottom.
Cover with layer of banana slices
Top with remaining chocolate pudding.
For topping ( and your sweet tooth) garnish with fat free whipped topping. It's the sweetest way to get your potassium for the day.
