Smile Exploding Cabbage Rolls

I used to make this casserole pre-LAWL but I decided to modify it and make it again so here goes.

3# pkg ground turkey breast
1 med. head cabbage
2 cans no salt added diced tomatoes
2 small cans no salt added tomato sauce
1 large onion
cumin
paprika
cayenne pepper (optional)
garlic powder
onion powder
chili powder
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1T Lite Soy sauce
Lite Salt
Ground Black Pepper

Brown the turkey in a pan, chopping as you go much like you would for taco meat.
Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spices to your taste. (I added about 1T each, maybe more on the chili powder and paprika)
Add the W. sauce and soy sauce.
Add Lite salt and pepper to taste.
Slice cabbage in 1/2 inch thick slices (I omit the core!)
Now in a large casserole dish - layer enough meat mixture to barely cover the bottom.
Now a 1/2 of the cabbage
1/2 of the meat mixture
Rest of the cabbage
Rest of the meat mixture.
Cover and bake on 350 for about an hour.
You can add a layer of brown rice to this if you like, we learned to omit the rice while on SB, so I never went back to using it.

Serves 8.
1P, 2V, 1C (1S if you use rice)

Tastes like cabbage rolls without the hassle!
