Ah ha! I KNEW there was a reason that I love coffee!

ah, I saw that on CNN Med news this morning while I was on the elliptical. They added the information that this only seemed to work for "beginners" in the first 3 months of the study and after that their test subjects weren't getting sore anymore I still get sore, I drink coffee.... I'll stick with glutamine!

I read this article a few weeks back and started incorporating it before my killer sessions with my trainer...and the americano really DID make the pain a little less.
