I made gingerbread pancakes this a.m. from the Southaven Farm baking mix and they are DELICIOUS!! All whole grain, you decide what sweetener you want to use, they can even be non-dairy if you want. I've been using them for a long time but wanted to share because I think they deserve another mention! I like the fact that they are whole grain, keeps me full for a very long time.
