I've written on this before about a month ago I think, in either this forum or the Fitness Scams forum.
Basically, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. The only way this works is the fact that they ask you to stop eating 3 hours before bedtime. Since a majority of overeaters do the major part of their eating at night, of course if they stop eating 3 hours before bedtime you're BOUND to take in fewer calories, and thus lose weight, right?
As The Big Orange Babe put it in a recent post on Fitness Scams - "If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!!!"
