I've lost 20 pounds since the middle of September, and am no longer overweight. I've been bouncing around 152-154 since the middle of last month maintaining, but now I want to lose the final 10 or so.
I listed 144 as my goal weight, but that may change. I still have a poochy tummy and love handles that I want to lose.

The last 10 pounds can make a BIG difference in the way you look. You may end up being pleasantly surprised. For me, my problem areas-my legs and hips-tend to be the last thing to slim down, at the last minute, it seems.
