Default JOY! *dances*

So I've been feeling very depressed since last night, with boyfriend and self-image issues. So for some reason I decided to weigh myself.. I swore I wouldnt do it again until New years Eve, but I did it anyway. And it said?

183.

I broke my pleateau and lost 4 lbs since the last time I weighed.. a week and a half ago, I think.

This officially puts me past my weight loss last year, of 185.

YAY!

And whats odd is that, like last time I pleateaued and then broke it, I went home of a few days and did not overly watch what I ate. This time I was more careful, and I dont know if I gained any (since I didnt weigh myself). Maybe once and a while my body needs a break?

So Ive met my New Year's Goal, and am on track I just had to share!

And to think, I was prepared for my weight to make me even more depressed... but its made me feel a lot better!
