Question Soreness question

Hi all,

I have just started using weights again after a long break. I had quite an intensive UBWO 3 days ago and I am still a bit sore from it. I have another session scheduled for tomorrow. Should I go ahead with it if I am still a little sore or wait a few more days until all the soreness is completely gone?

thanks

If you are only a little sore, go ahead and do yor workout, If you can't pick up your coffee cup, wait another day. You might find that doing some stretching and a warmup set will relieve the lingering soreness.

Once you get back into this, a four day break for major muscle groups is fine.

Thanks for the advice. I went ahead and completed my workout today and felt fine after a few minutes warmup.
