This is an awesome food. I always visit the website but haven't read everything. I read about nuts about a month and a half ago and was glad to start including cashews. I LOVE those! I knew walnuts were better but was dragging my feet! But after reading the link yesterday I decided to just do cashews on the weekend and try to do walnuts every day instead. I am also going to shred them over dh's salad. I did that once before and just need to make it a habit!
