Poptarts have been a real binge/trigger food for me since I was a kid and even though I don't eat them I sometimes breathe hard while walking by them. This morning when I was at the grocery store I walked down the cereal aisle and at the end were all the various poptarts. I wasn't breathing hard and simply said to myself, "Yep, there they are," and looked down at all the healthy food in my cart and kept on walking. Nothing. The little milestones feel good

WTG!!! And here I was thinking I'd have to counsel you out of eating them! but doesn't it feel nice to get over it?

How's the snow there? We're gearing up for the big funeral here tomorrow.

WHOHOO! that is so wonderful! i luckily saw they have transfat so i never eat them.
