S/C/G: SW:226/16st - about 50lbs lost

Height: 5'8"

Default Weight training goals for 2007

My personal weight trianing goal is to be able to squat 1.5 x body weight, which at the moment would be a squat of 120kg

I can currently squat 72% body weight, so in another 12 months I think I might be getting there

Anyone else have specific lifting goals?

Bodyweight overhead press. I am hoping to hit this goal at around 275# on my way to my goal BWT.

Currently I am plateauing on the weight loss but making good strength gains.

Height: 5'8" (Dang, I shrank an inch!)

1. 300# on the leg press machine
2. I'm ashamed to say I still can't do a good pushup so I'd like to be able to do at least one full, correct pushup.
3. Work on my triceps so that they're well-defined. I do several tricep exercises so the goal is just to lift heavier on each.

I do my age in pushups every year during the week of my birthday. This year I just made it. So I either have to get stronger or younger At this point, it's a cardio, endurance activity

My goal is just to make it for a training at least 1x per week. AND I want to learn to do a chin up.

I don't know if its realistic or not, but I wanna max out the leg press machine!

I am doing 270 now and the machine at my gym only goes up to 400. It's the closest to the bottom I am on any of the weight stacks, so it seems the most achievable!

But it could still be just a pipe dream.
